Kastamonu University Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator has announced the call for incoming mobilities within the framework of KA171 (Third Countries not associated to the programme) Student Mobility for Studies.
Applications will start on 05.12.2025 and end on 22.12.2025 (23:59) (GMT+03:00).

Documents required for application:
- Application Form with photo (click here to download) (to be signed by the applicant student as well as signed and stamped by the applicant's Institution IRO/Erasmus Office).
- Biometric photo
- Proof of Enrolment (official document showing your current level of study)
- Copy of National ID card
- Copy of International Passport
- Proof of Educational Degree (Only for Master and PhD applicants)
- For master applicants last Bachelor Diploma
- For PhD applicants both Bachelor and Master Diploma
- Official Transcript of Records in English showing CGPA score (if not available in English, an officially signed and stamped document by the university declaring CGPA is also accepted along with the original document)
- Europass CV (Click here to create your Europass CV)
- English Language Proficiency Level ( for details on how language proficiency score will be calculated, please see Language Proficienty and Language Exam section in the call document.)
- University English Language Exam Score ( you can upload your score after the application process ends if your institution will held an exam specifically for this call. If you have an English proficiency exam score conducted by your university in the 2023-2024 academic year, you can use that score in this application.)
- euIAcademy placement test in English (Click here to register and take the exam)
- Valid Certificate for Disabled Student (Certificate can be any document authorized by the applicant's home country officials)
- Certificates of attendance of the participants' previous Erasmus+ mobilities.
All the required documents along with the Application Document (Signed by you as well as signed and stamped by your IRO/Erasmus Office) must be uploaded to the Application System within the application dates. Otherwise, applications will not be considered as valid.

The student mobility for studies must be realized during the Spring semester of 2025-2026 Academic Year from 26 January 2026 to 03 July 2026.
