All the incoming Erasmus students must be nominated by their home university (via EWP or official e-mail).
The home institution coordinator or contact person is kindly asked to e-mail the list of their students. Having been nominated by their university, the students will be sent an e-mail regarding how to apply to Kastamonu University.

Application deadlines:
for Autumn semester: 15 July
for Spring semester: 15 December (Students can be nominated in advance for the Spring term)

> Copy of Your Passport
> Recent Photograph (will be attached on the Application Form)

If you are interested in the student mobility for traineeship at Kastamonu University, please contact KU Erasmus Office by email (erasmus@kastamonu.edu.tr) with a short description of your planned activity. Please state the academic/administrative unit you would like to visit for training in your email and attach the completed Application Form.

Erasmus Traineeship Opportunities at Kastamonu University:

Faculty members of partner universities of respective disciplines are welcomed at Kastamonu University for staff mobility for teaching. Please see inter-institutional agreements or contact the Erasmus Office at your home university. There is no deadline for applications. Interested teaching staff is invited to apply for a teaching visit at any time in the semester. However, your home university might have some regulations and deadlines.

Training opportunities are available to academic or non-academic university staff. Training periods at Kastamonu University can consist of job shadowing, observation periods, professional development courses or specific competence-building events. Please contact KU Erasmus Office by email (erasmus@kastamonu.edu.tr) with a short description of your planned activity and state the academic/administrative unit you would like to visit.
